Here’s What You Need to Know

Welcome to The Beanstalk Boutique! We’re so glad you’re here. We create apparel meant to be worn, loved, and lived in — whether you’re heading to a game, running errands, or just want something comfy with personality. The details below will help set clear expectations and ensure the best experience possible.

 Production Timing

All  items are made to order with care by our team.

A few helpful things to know:

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received

  • During high-volume weeks, production timelines may be slightly extended

  • Turnaround time is 10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and excludes holidays

Ordering earlier in the week always gives your order the best chance of shipping sooner.

 Shipping

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Helpful shipping notes:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically

  • Carrier transit times may vary due to holidays, weather, or volume

  • While we always work hard to get orders out quickly, delivery dates are not guaranteed

Free shipping thresholds and shipping methods may vary during promotional or high-volume periods.

 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers nearby and can be selected at checkout.

Pickup details:

  • Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Orders must be placed with local pickup selected at checkout

  • You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pickup

  • Please wait for your pickup-ready message before arriving

  • If it has been over 10 business days, feel free to inquire about your order.

Pickup timing is based on current production timelines.

 Order Changes

Because orders move quickly into production, we’re unable to make changes once an order is placed.

This includes:

  • Switching shipping to local pickup (or vice versa)

  • Changing sizes, colors, or designs

  • Updating shipping addresses

We recommend double-checking all order details carefully before completing checkout.

 About Our Garment Decoration Processes

All The Beanstalk Boutique we offer Sublimation, Direct to Film, and Embroidery.

Embroidery

  • Embroidery is stitching thread directly into the garment for a high-end, textured look.
  • It’s durable, long lasting, and great for logos, names, and custom designs.
  • Embroidery gives apparel a professional and polished finish.

Sublimation

  • Ink is cured directly into the fabric, not layered on top
  • No cracking, peeling, or stiff ink like traditional screen printing or transfers
  • Must go on a high polyester material and no dark colors

  • Designs have a soft, no-feel finish

Direct to film

  • The design lays on top of the garment for a smooth, vibrant look
  • Direct to Film (DTF) printing works on almost any fabric or material.

  • Creates bright, bold colors with great detail and durability

Color & Print Variations

Because all items are made to order:

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and fabric tone

  • Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed, giving them a unique, lived-in look

  • Each piece is meant to feel one-of-a-kind, not mass-produced

These variations are normal and part of what makes our apparel special.

 Care Instructions (Important!)

To keep your apparel looking its best:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Do not iron directly on the design

Following these steps helps preserve color, softness, and print longevity.

 Fit & Sizing

Our sweatshirts and tees feature a unisex fit unless otherwise noted.

Helpful tips:

  • Stick with your true size for a relaxed fit

  • Size up for an oversized look

  • Size charts are available on each product page to help you choose the best fit

 Packaging & Handling

Orders are packed carefully and efficiently.

Please note:

  • Items may be folded and packed together to ship safely

  • All apparel is new, unworn, and made just for you

 Returns & Final Sale Items

Seasonal or limited items may be marked final sale.
